The classes within a theme series build slightly on each other.
However, each evening can be attended individually. Each class is self-contained.

Registration
Registration is recommended but not mandatory. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class if you plan to attend without registering in advance. A relaxed arrival helps you and all participants to enjoy the class. You find the buttons to register below after the list of topics and dates.

Each class begins with a guided, relaxing breathing meditation that helps us to calm the mind, let go of distractions and create inner peace.

Gen Kelsang Gogden will give practical advice on how to integrate meditation into our dailv life and transform it into a happy, meaningful life.
This will touch our hearts!
At the end of each class, to make it easier to internalize the instructions, we will do a guided meditation on the topic of the class.

Over a cup of tea afterwards, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas or ask further questions and get to know other like-minded people.
