The talk and meditation is in German, but we offer simultaneous translation into English. Please bring your smart phone and a head set with you for this. Free WLAN is offered during the meditation class.

Registration
Registration is recommended but not mandatory. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class if you plan to attend without registering in advance. A relaxed arrival helps you and all participants to enjoy the class. You find the buttons to register below after the list of topics and dates.
Inspiration
Each class starts with a short talk of Gen Kelsang Gogden explaining methods derived from the buddhist tradition of training the mind how we can enhance our respect, cherishing and love for others and therefore increase our inner peace and well-being as well as the harmony and peace in our family, at our work place and finally in the whole world. This methods can be put into practice by anyone – regardless of culture, religion or world view.
This will touch our hearts!
At the end of each class, after a short inspiring song for world peace, we will do a guided meditation to internalise what was taught and gain some initial experience of deeper inner peace and love.
Enjoy being together
Over a cup of tea afterwards, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas or ask further questions and get to know other like-minded people.
You can learn practical meditations that will change you internally and enrich your everyday life.
The profound wisdom of Buddha will be explained clearly, simply and practically and you will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the class.
You will learn how to solve your daily problems by applying Buddha’s teachings and transform your life into a happy, meaningful life.
