The classes within a theme series build slightly on each other.
However, each evening can be attended individually. Each class is self-contained.

Class fee

8 Euro


Registration is recommended but not mandatory. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class if you plan to attend without registering in advance. A relaxed arrival helps you and all participants to enjoy the class. You find the buttons to register below after the list of topics and dates.

This is how we start!

Each class begins with a guided, relaxing breathing meditation that helps us to calm the mind, let go of distractions and create inner peace.


Gen Kelsang Gogden will give practical advice on how to integrate meditation into our dailv life and transform it into a happy, meaningful life.

This will touch our hearts!

At the end of each class, to make it easier to internalize the instructions, we will do a guided meditation on the topic of the class.

Enjoy being together

Over a cup of tea afterwards, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas or ask further questions and get to know other like-minded people.

You can learn practical meditations that will change you internally and enrich your everyday life.

The profound wisdom of Buddha will be explained clearly, simply and practically and you will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the class.

You will learn how to solve your daily problems by applying Buddha’s teachings and transform your life into a happy, meaningful life.

You will receive practical, personalized help on how to deepen your understanding of meditation and Buddha’s teachings.

The inner strength of patience

In a human life, it is impossible to avoid difficult situations. But if we learn to keep a peaceful and relaxed mind in these circumstances, we protect ourselves from being hurt by the adversities of our lives. Instead of allowing our impatience and anger to make us emotionally dependent and vulnerable to things that we often have no control to change, we can learn to gain an inner freedom to respond to difficulties in our lives in a more realistic and constructive way and thereby become our own protector.

Healing ourself and our world through compassion

Nothing has greater power to heal ourselves and others than the mind of compassion. If more and more people allow compassion to guide their actions, negativity and conflict will disappear from this world and peace and happiness will naturally increase. If we ourself learn to strengthen and stabilize our compassion, we will understand from our own experience how healing this mind is for ourself and those around us and we will become part of the solution to this suffering world.
